TEEN THEATRE ARTS WORKSHOP STAFF
TODD JONES

Todd Jones heads The Teen Theatre Arts Workshop drama division this summer. Todd has been active in professional and academic theater for eighteen years. He received his Bachelor of Arts in theatre from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and his Master of Fine Arts in acting from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. At UNC, Todd taught undergraduate acting, introduction to theatre and speech performance. While working on his master's, he also performed many roles in the school's productions including the Emcee in Cabaret, Motel in Fiddler on the Roof and the title role in Phantom. Professionally, Todd worked with the North Carolina Theatre for Young People, The Cumberland County Playhouse in Crossville Tennessee and The Galveston Island Outdoor Musicals. Todd spent several years as a working actor in both California and New York City. Most recently, Todd taught introduction to theatre at Burlington County College and was seen on stage in the Edison Valley Playhouse production of Glengarry Glen Ross.
BRANDON STURIALE

Brandon Sturiale joins us this year as musical director for The Teen Theatre Arts Workshop. Brandon is an accomplished pianist, accompanist, arranger and composer. He has written the scores to independent films, television specials and musicals. Brandon also composed and produced his solo piano album, Midnight Story and has been musical director for several Broadway national touring companies including, Gypsy, Urban Cowboy and Children's Letters to God. He performed along side Tony Bennett at The National Arts Theatre in New York City and was 1st prize winner of Mountain Plains Film Scoring contest held through the University of Wyoming.
OLIVIA MODE

Olivia Mode once again joins The Performing Arts Studio’s faculty as choreographer. Olivia studied jazz, ballet, tap, modern and hip-hop for over ten years and is currently working towards her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in dance at the prestigious Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University. During her high school years, Olivia taught dance at Yvette’s Dance Studio in Cranford. She performed with the Radio City Rockettes and danced at The New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC.) Last year, she received Paper Mill Playhouse’s Catch A Rising Star Scholarship for her performance as Cha Cha in her high school musical’s production of Grease. Olivia was also featured in Plays-in-the-Park’s production of Thoroughly Modern Millie this past summer.
KAREN CAHILL

Karen Cahill is our art director/set designer this year. Karen received her degree in theatre from De Sales University in Pennsylvania. She has designed sets and props for many of the leading theatrical companies in the tri-state area. An accomplished artist, Karen's work has adorned the sets of Crossroads Theatre, The New Jersey Shakespeare Festival and The Princeton Theatre Festival. At George Street Playhouse, she designed props and sets for several educational tours that visited schools throughout New Jersey.
