MATHEW KAPLAN
Mathew Kaplan heads The Teen Stage
Crew Workshop. Matt is a graduate of Syracuse University. Since graduating, he has worked for such prestigious New Jersey
theatres as The New Jersey Performing Art Center (NJPAC), Papermill Playhouse, The State Theatre of New Jersey, George Street
Playhouse and The New Jersey Shakespeare Festival. He has worn several hats as technical director, theatre manager, set designer,
sound engineer, carpenter and light board operator. He is a member of The International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees
(I.A.T.S.E.) and currently advises Rose Brand, Inc., the leading theatrical supply manufacturer. He is a member of their
research and development team.
